Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Is DFL an E-Commerce or a Travel Agency?

No. DFL is not an e-commerce agency, travel agency, or a company limited to a single industry.

DFL is an end-to-end Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that works with clients across specialized business verticals.

Rather than operating as the business itself, DFL provides the operational infrastructure behind the business. Depending on the vertical and partnership structure, this can include marketing, customer acquisition, sales, operations, fulfillment support, and customer service.

Which vertical campaigns are currently active?

We currently operate active campaigns across Freight Brokerage, Automotive Parts, Flight Booking, Car Rental, Cruise Booking, and Debt Collection.

At this time, we are only accepting new OCPs for our Car Rental and Freight Brokerage verticals. All other verticals are currently at capacity.

How does the partner onboarding process work?

Upon submitting your application, our commercial evaluation team reviews your operational capacity, completes verification checks, and provisions dedicated campaign access within 5 to 7 business days.

Do you accept customer payments directly into DFL's account?

No. All transactions are routed through the merchant account of the actual service provider (i.e., the travel brand we represent). We do not collect or process payments in our own bank accounts. DFL is paid on performance by these brands.

Is Customer data safe with DFL?

Absolutely. All data is handled under:

✔ PCI-DSS standards for payment security
✔ Internal compliance SOPs
✔ No data is shared with unauthorized third parties

We prioritize data privacy and transactional integrity.

Does DFL own the LLCS/ BRANDS it operates?

No. All LLCs are owned by our Overseas Commercial Partners who are paid on performance basis.
